Open Positions 

Direct Care Staff

Our Direct Care Staff supports children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through skill-building and meaningful activities. You will create a safe, supportive environment and be responsible for daily care, support, and training for OCA participants enrolled in our Early Intervention, Adult and Recreation Programs. 

Seasonal Camp Direct Care Staff 

Support children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through fun, engaging recreation programs. Camp staff help lead daily activities like sports, swimming, arts and crafts, games, and community outings while providing hands-on care, encouragement, and a safe, positive experience for every participant. 

Direct Care Staff Instructor 

Lead work that truly matters. Direct Care Staff Instructors support participants across OCA programs while designing and leading engaging classes in areas like art, music, fitness, and life skills. You’ll create meaningful experiences, build confidence and independence, and help participants reach goals they can carry into everyday life. 

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Our Registered Behavior Technicians help participants reach goals through hands-on support and evidence-based, individualized programming. You’ll work with a team that values growth, communication, and real impact in clinic, community, school, or home settings.
